At Bittersweet Farmstead, we believe knowledge should be shared. From preserving tomatoes to baking sourdough bread to making naturally fermented ciders, we want to share what we have learned, as well as learn from others in the process.

Our workshops range from a few hours to several days depending on the topic and depth to which we will engage in that particular area of interest. Workshops rotate throughout the year, and are held across several locations in and around Kansas City.
