Bittersweet is a collection of places, products, and experiences, all centering around partnership with the natural world while respecting tradition. The cider you drink won't be from a can. The flowers you get might have some spots on them. The workshops you'll attend will illustrate the ways people have traditionally found, made, and processed things.

Our goal is to empower and equip individuals to make change in hopes that getting back to nature will benefit not just the individual, but the common good as well.
